GNG Teacher leaders’ FFA chapter outreach

GrowNextGen Teacher leaders Courtney Bockbrader and Whitney Short teach Agriculture Education Instructor at Anthony Wayne High School. They also act as FFA Advisors. Each year their FFA chapter provides an appreciation luncheon for teachers and staff to thank them for their support.

Bockbrader said, “The officer team plans every detail,” including making the menu and shopping list, creating invitations, setting up and cleaning up, and greeting teachers and staff during the luncheon. “Over 100 teachers and staff members attended this year. Several teachers say they look forward to this day every year.”
