What is the benefit of collaboration between industry and education?
Education is the backbone to industry. Today’s students are going to be my team members in the near future. Being an active part of our communities is also an important value here at Winans.
What value/assistance can you and your company provide to teachers and classrooms as they connect with you?
Right now we are not doing in-person field trips due to both Covid and lack of space. We are hoping to change that in the next 9 months so stay tuned! In the meantime, as time allows, I am happy to visit your classroom virtually.
