Bill Bayliss is a first generation farmer from Logan County who serves on the Ohio Soybean Council Board of Trustees as vice chairman. He produces soybeans, corn, wheat and hay on approximately 2,000 acres. He previously served as Executive Director of the Farm Service Agency of Miami County and president of the Logan County Sheep Improvement Association. Bayliss completed various educational training at The Ohio State University, Texas A&M University, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
