What about teaching excites you?
What I love about teaching is seeing growth in students and pushing them to learn about themselves to discover what they are interested in for a career.

How do you help students make the industry or real-world connection to what they’re learning?
I challenge my students to find applicable jobs available in every unit. I also have conversations with students to go beyond what they are learning and consider careers in each area that we cover. I also connect students with professionals in the field to help with their capstone projects and to foster a mentorship outside of the classroom experience.
