What’s GrowNextGen doing on the road? Visiting 5 lucky teachers who each won $250 Classroom Cash! All of these teachers are at STEM schools and entered our contest last fall, made possible by our generous sponsor, the Ohio Soybean Council.

Ohio Soybean Council Director of Research and Education Tom Fontana joined EducationProjects.org’s Education Director Jane Hunt and others for a trip to these schools. The teachers were presented with a check and balloons, and the students received fun squish-toy farm animals or vehicles representing the ways soybeans are transported across the country (trucks, trains, and boats).
