What do teachers and students need to know about your industry?
There continues to be a shortage of qualified employees in agriculture. However, this industry is constantly changing, and positions that will be in demand tomorrow are not the same as those that we needed yesterday. This makes constant communication vital between industry representatives like myself and educators.
