What’s your favorite thing on GrowNextGen?

I love the e-learning courses! While any of the courses could fit into agriscience curriculum, I really like the Modern Agriculture Practices e-learning course because it educates students about agriculture’s role in helping to feed the growing population. The course includes both a pre-test and a post-test, and teachers can set up their class lists in order to track student achievement. This is an interactive, visually interesting course that could be incorporated into any agriculture class that is focused on technology, soil, sustainability or business. Because the course is self-directed, it also works great as an activity for subs or blizzard bags—after the past two winters, I try to keep blizzard bag items handy!
